This Sunday 3 of us left on a mission to Brighton, started as a windy day then turned into torrential rain at times. All good until our tyres got slashed in town. 78km done.

Niiiiice Shrubby. I keep meaning to get in touch with the great man about repairing my Brian Rourke. I don’t think I’d make 7km right now let alone 78. Good effort.

Whoa you got your tyres ‘slashed’, I’ve been riding fixed in Brighton for nearly 3 years and my bikes never attracted that kind of grief (touch wood). Thats harsh, where did it happen and what time?

Yeah we couldn’t believe it, locked them up outside a chippy on the seafront at 4ish, we were literally 5 meters away from them around the corner. Came out and Bam, Cra-zey. Just unlucky I guess, ridden there before with no problems.

Seems quite a vitriolic thing to do, the regular morons just stamp the wheels of parked bikes. It might have been a yob with particular opinions on track bikes. Post a shout in the Brighton section of LFGSS next time you guys visit.
