We take a look at the 10.Deep Spring 2009 Delivery 2. Taking inspiration from biking, the theme is both reflected in the styles and in the graphics of the second delivery. The drop includes lightweight windrunners, t-shirts, hoodies and caps. Via Arkitip. Snob.

Celebrating their 1st anniversary, New York City bike shop Chari & Co. NYC teamed up with Japanese mug-makers Zuiko on a limited run of 60 commemorative mugs. Zuiko mugs are some serious business, each hand-crafted and baked with the utmost in quality standards meaning not every one will make the cut for $250 mugs. Design work was done by Steve Nish with project help coming courtesy of MAE. Some familiar names and their logos make their way onto the mug including House of Commons, IRAK, Starks, DQM and Alife Rivington Club. For more info, hit up ChariAndCoNYC.net. Source.

Triathlon master ‘Diver Steve’ has been putting me through my paces the last few weeks, mapped out a death route and got it smashed in just over 2 hours. 75km and 2 pretty full on hill climbs, job done. Good bit of training for the 100km Isle of Wight challenge with Mr Savage next week.

Portsmouth Peleton was founded by Oliver Merkin & Carl Leroy-Smith. They meet every Sunday morning, if it’s not raining, at 08.00 for an 08.10 departure outside the chip shop at the junction of Highland Road and Brompton Road in Southsea. The 40K ride requires a good general level of fitness although the guys are very welcoming and will only go as fast as the slowest person. To do the ride on a fixed would be a bit of an ask though, a road cycle with gears is all you need.
Get involved.
